  • What if an item is defective?
    If any item is defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item or if we don't have the exact item we will replace it with something similar or refund your money. This excluded DVDs, or any accessories. Go to the Defect Products contact form, please have your order number and what the defect is of the product in question.
  • How long does it take to receive my order after it ships?
    If you select standard shipping, you order will arrive within 2-7 business day. If you upgrade your order to 2 day air, it will arrive within 2 business days from the ship date. If you upgrade to 3 day air, it will arrive with 3 business days from the ship date. If you selected contactless pickup you order will be ready within 15-20 minutes.
  • How long does it take for my pickup order to be ready?
    Once you place your it will take us about 15-20 minutes to get your order ready for pick up. You can place your orders from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m . to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
  • How much is shipping?
    Contactless pickup is free. (Sacramento area) Standard shipping is free when you purchase $100 or more, otherwise the cost is $8.99. Ships USPS or FedEx. Air shipment will ship via FedEx Upgrade to 2 Day Air for $20.99 Upgrade to 3 Day Air for $18.99
  • Do you have a movie room or theater?
    No, we do not.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located in the West Sacramento CA area. Once you place your order online and you select contactless pickup on the check out page we will let you know our complete address for pickup.
  • Do you allow returns?
    Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to: Vibrators And Dildos Douche/Enema Kits Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves Gags And Ropes Lingerie And Men's Wear Lubes, massage oils, and condoms, are also not returnable.

    No, all orders must be placed online through our website. We accept Paypal, all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay on supported devices.
