Kegel or ben-wa balls have been around for a very long time (Japanese courtesans are thought to have used them in the 1600's, for instance), but today, kegel exercise is a well-known practice in gynecological/obstetric circles. You can keep them in the cradle for a combined weight of about 2.7oz/77g, or, you can pop them out and wear one or both balls without the cradle.  In high quality body safe silicone and quality pyrex glass, the Inner Goddess Glass Pleasure Balls clean easily using warm soapy water, but you can also use a good toy care fluid/foam.
